Return & exchange is 14 days from the date you receive the product. If 14 days have gone by since product arrival date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the SAME condition that you received it and proof of purchase.
If you have products that is eligible for a return/refund or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line "ITEM RETURN” or “ITEM EXCHANGE with a picture of the product in your own packaging and attach your receipt/proof of purchase.
One of the customer service specialist will reach out to you within ONE working day to give you specific instructions for your return/refund or exchange of products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You are able to cancel your order at any given time, just send us an email with your reasoning and we will proceed forward immediately.
