How to Place a Pre-Order
A pre-order is an order you place prior to the official release date of a product. This option is often available for special editions. You place a pre-order by entering all your details as if you were ordering the item.
How do I know that I have successfully placed my order?
If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
How are the jerseys made?
All jerseys for pre-order will follow the made-to-order business model, which means the jerseys will only be made AFTER we have gotten the pre-orders. Early-bird pre-orders will be shipped first, then regular pre-orders. This also means you won't be paying the jerseys at a full price.
Will you ship all of my pre-ordered items together?
Pre-ordered items will ship when we receive them at our warehouse. Sometimes it could take up to 3-5 weeks depending on the season. (holidays etc)
When will I be charged?
You will receive a confirmation email after you are charged. Please note that PHYLE is not responsible for any possible overdraft fees on your bank account due to an early arrival of a pre-order.
How accurate is the shipping date on the product page?
We strive to keep the expected date of arrival as up-to-date as possible. But because we don't have control over the production of these products, pre-order dates are subject to change without prior notice.
Can I modify or cancel a preorder?
Yes, pre-ordered items can be modified or canceled before the item ships. Be sure to have your order number, which you received in a confirmation email, and reach out to us at customerservice@onephyle.com.

How will my pre-order be shipped?
All pre-orders are shipped using our Standard shipping methods once the item has been received at our warehouse.
Domestic Shipping: Standard (2-6 business days after processing)
