Shipping and Processing

How long do orders usually take to process?

Once payment has been completed, orders typically may take up to 1-2 working days to process before shipment. You should receive an email with tracking information once the order is processed.

How long is the shipping time?

If the jersey you ordered is a "pre-order price" (25% discount), then it means we will be producing the jersey AFTER the pre-order finishes. It typically takes about 3-4 weeks, while most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipment. If your order is not a "pre-order price", then it will only take about 2-3 business days.

Where will orders be shipped from?

Your orders will be shipped from our various fulfillment centers around the world. Our product research team are unfaltering in sourcing only the best quality products and material from the most experienced and reliable manufacturers.

Is my information secure?

ONEPHYLE proudly adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and we do not store that information in our database.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal (and many more) for payment. 

After the Purchase

Can I make changes to my Order/Shipping address?

If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at customerservice@onephyle.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change. However, if the order had already been sent out, we will not be able to change the order address.

I have not received any order confirmation details.

This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Do make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Please also check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

Why does my item look different from the advertisement?

Please bear in mind that photo may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

Return and Refund Policy 

Return policy

Our return policy lasts 2 weeks from the date you receive the product. After 2 weeks, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Here are the steps to follow:

1) Make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2) Make sure your item is in its original packaging.

3) A receipt or proof of purchase.

4) Email us at customerservice@onephyle.com with the subject line "ITEM RETURN" with a picture of your item in its original packaging and attach your receipt/proof of purchase.

Refund policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee refund on all items within 14 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.
